help急死人！opt 要到期，h1-b 正在办，律师要回国

我的opt 八月初到期。正和一位律师合作同公司办h1-b.律师很不错，有经验，也负责。

因为我有GAP不能工作，公司正在想办法。一些操作的细节可能下个星期MANAGMENT 才能决定。可是我请的律师马上就要回国了，且为时半个月。他说，OPT 后的宽限期办也没问题。让我能到他回来。

我真的好怕呀。因为我是去年五月中毕业，八月初拿到opt的
ead 卡。对于申请h1-b 的最后时间，网上和行家律师也众说纷纭。我这个case 怎么办呀！！！！！
