给也在办的人一个整个的时间参考：
11/27 receivced written job offer
11/28 I sent all the required documents to the lawyer hired by the company
12/3 The laywer office received the documents(the delay was due to thanksgiving holiday).
The laywer prepared the case petition and sent it to the HR for the company's signature, and then HR fedexed it back to the lawyer
12/9 The lawyer file the case using premium proecess with UCIS(INS)
12/10 UCIS receipt confirmation via email.
12/22 UCIS approved the case and informed the lawyer via email and fax. The approval was showed online in the morning.
I was afraid that a REF might be required but it did not happen.
