15xx年的时候，钟表的精确度应该没有达到1/10秒，更别说1/100秒。

单摆振动是伽利略发现的。1656年，根据单摆原理发明了单摆钟。“Early versions erred by less than one minute per day, and later ones only by 10 seconds, very accurate for their time". 这个精度可是那位“1/100秒”100年后才达到的精度呀！
