大学学生贷款在哪里申请？

女儿已经被加州的大学录取了，想申请部分学生贷款，因为是第一次碰到这种事，真的是门外汉，不知道应该怎么样申请，去哪里申请？期盼城里各位有心人士帮忙解答一下，非常感谢！
