今年UT Austin 的Forty Acres full ride 奖学金得主怎么一个小中也没有？

一种可能是小中家有钱，都自费去藤了？

还有一种可能，就是这奖学金很少给小中。

德州这么大，华人也不少，优秀小中应该不少。

谁给解释一下？
