to bottom catch.  when you see 3 or 5 klines drop and the volumes are decreasing, a breakout is a good time to buy (be careful wait until proof of reverse or it could continue slipping).  an example is meta, a month ago it bottomed out at 550ish, no fundamental change, now at 620ish onward to 650.  asml was hanging at 650ish for couple weeks, now it is at 720ish., with target 860.
