The biggest problems for APPLE:
1. Proprietary system
2. Consumer products, not real high tech, the tech barrier is very low
3. Markt Cap almost $400B
4. Steve Jobs is gone.
However, this does not mean we should short APPLE. The think the right strategy is just to leave it alone. If you short, you may not be able to hold that long to see it ultimately fall.
For me, the biggest problem if I buy APPLE, MS, BAC is that, if one day, these stocks fall 20%, I have no confidence that they will come back one day. So, my only action is to cut loss and run if that happens. Normally, except for DT, I don't buy those stocks, and even for DT, I try to avoid those.
Leave it alone.....if you don't like it....simply because other people may not think about it in the same way as you do...plus....there is manipulation...
