INVH/大地主2 辛辛苦苦工作了5年,收入增长,纯利润翻三倍,债务持平,净资产增值巨大(80k home x 300k per home x 30% value increase = 7B), 结果是这个样子?? 还真不如卖掉资产 (84k home X 400k per home = 34B, 还掉8B debt, 减去18B 总市值成本,净获利8B, 去炒币发大财!
