请教各位，有没有这种经历：交地税交给个人的。

地税单上列明：checks payable to XXX  (人名：first name, last name), Receiver of Taxes.

那这个人就应该是county treasurer ？这同 tax collector有区别吗？

 

以前的认知是交给 treasury department of XXX county.  或 XXX County Treasurer
