EB2 PERM Stuck

我的EB2 PERM stuck 在芝加哥有2个多月了，而trackit 上的通常10天左右就批了。我担心会不会是材料被遗忘了，或别的什么原因给hang up 了，不知道可以怎样查询？有什么电话或email可以联系的么？我自己能联系，还是只有律师和公司能联系？多谢您的建议。
