请问8老师，I-140表缴费后的收据是不是帖子什么白纸上，然后放在申请材料的第一页

请教，缴费收据是一张很小的单子吧，请问怎么附在申请材料中，原来以为是I-140表开头空白处贴收据，后来发现空白地方是For USCIS Use Only。请教，多谢
