波士顿北乡下有什么品种小树种屋前不影响房子地基和Septic Tank?

请教一下，在波士顿北边的乡下，有什么品种的小树，根系不太发达的，可以种在屋前左边窗户前面的草地上，又不会影响房子的地基和Septic Tank的？谢谢？
