中国的稀土还真的可以作为贸易战武器之一使用

中国稀土品位高，有些稀有元素含量中国独一无二。完全可以作为与国外禁运中国的某些产品和原料做交换的筹码。对重要的原材料，国外对中国也一直是禁运的。

过去中国碍于WTO规则，腰杆不硬，现在川普把所有的底线都打破了，中国也就没什么顾忌了。
