夏天总有胃口不开,消化不良的感觉。在印度的时候,那里的夏天是超乎想像的热,当地人就会做些开胃而且帮助消化的冷饮喝。这个Jaljeera就是其中一款。
Jaljeera is the Indian way to deal with lost of appetite and indigestion on hot summer days. The taste is so rich and flavourful that it almost instantly brighten your mood! Try it out if you haven't already!
1/2 inch of ginger (skinned and chopped)
1/3 cup of mint leaves (Pudina)
2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves/Cilantro
1 Lemon (squeeze out juice)
1/2 glass of ice cubes
3-4 glass of chilled water
1 tbsp Boondi for garnishing
Seasoning:
2 tsp Chaat Masala
2 tsp Sugae
1 tsp dried mango powder (Amchur Powder)
2nd recipe:
1/2 inch of ginger (skinned and chopped)
1/3 cup of mint leaves (Pudina)
2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves/Cilantro
1 Lemon (squeeze out juice)
1/2 glass of ice cubes
3-4 glass of chilled water
1 tbsp Boondi for garnishing
Seasoning:
2 tbsp Cumin (Jeera)(roast and grind into powder)
2 tsp Sugar
1 tbsp dried mango powder (Amchur Powder)
1/2 tsp Black salt (Kala namak)
A pinch of salt
2. 倒出加上脆饼就可以喝啦!
1. Just blend together all ingredients under either recipe 1 or 2 (beside Boondi for garnishing) in a blender/mixer.
2. Pour it out and sprinkle some Boondi for garnishing.
