I'm a big fan of his show, "A rib for all seasons"

goes back 4-5 yrs ago. Alton is a very intelligent chef. Saw an interview of his former teacher at New England Culinary Institue, apparently he was the same way as a student, with great curiosity about everything and how different cooking techniques.
