找到了2014年回归文学城时做的情人节特辑。时间过得真快，浪漫的心也不知跑到哪里去了。。。: (

懒得再做，重新贴一次吧。

1. 心花怒放

材料 ：干贝四粒（泡隔夜，放进一饭碗水里蒸一小时，汤留用），雪蟹腿蒸熟取肉，中虾烫熟，鱿鱼切四公分长筒状，均匀的切两共分长条状（入滚水烫开成花瓣型），蛋一个加半饭碗蒸干贝的汤汁打散（加少许盐调味）。

做法 ：将两粒蒸熟的干贝分别镶入鱿鱼筒中间，和虾，蟹腿，另两粒干贝按个人喜好摆盘，淋上蛋液，放进蒸笼里，上盖以大火蒸三分钟，转小火，用筷子架着使盖微开缝（以助空气流通，使蛋羹嫩滑）继续蒸七分钟。另半碗蒸干贝的汤汁煮开，加少许太白粉水勾琉璃芡，淋于蛋羹上即可。

3. Two Hearts as One

 

 

材料 ： 螃蟹两只（蒸熟拆肉），蛋液，葱花，荷包蛋，米饭，紫菜末。

 

 

调味料 ： 盐，白胡椒粉。

做法 ： 蟹肉，葱花，盐，白胡椒粉一起放进蛋液里拌均，两大匙油烧热，倒进蟹肉蛋液快速翻炒至凝固即可。

4. 心心相印
 

材料 - 土司，蟹肉，鸡蛋，蟹籽，葱花，美奶滋酱。

做法 ： 蟹肉加蛋液拌均煎成蟹饼； 鸡蛋煎熟； 美奶滋酱加蟹籽，葱花拌均。。。
