【亮妈懒人快餐】烤芦笋

喜欢芦笋，虽然贵但见到新鲜的还是抓上一把。通常做都是焯一下，加蒜，盐，香油快炒。这次想试一下新法就去网上找方子。发现这个烤芦笋不错。改一下主要是少盐，就是下面的样子。

芦笋洗净去掉老硬的部分。加蒜蓉我用了5瓣蒜，一点点海盐，1 table sp Parmesan cheese,  1/4 tea sp 胡椒粉，1 table spoon 橄榄油。拌匀。

把拌好的芦笋平铺在烤盘纸上

预热烤箱置375度，烤12分钟时觉得有点生，又加五分钟，有点过。觉得15分钟应该正好。不过各家烤箱不一样，要自己掌握。

很香。蒜和橄榄油都是健康食品，芦笋当然也是。记录下来为了以后再做。谢谢。
