田园时光：花雕园蹄片

         园蹄的味道非常鲜美，肉质Q弹，尤其是用花雕酒卤制以后更有醇厚的浓香（如不喜欢

酒味，也可不用或少用），制成片状，可以拼出各式花样，作宴客的冷盘效果极佳。
