笋烧鸡

材料 ： 鸡一只（斩块烫飞水），笋（切块烫飞水），干辣椒，葱段，姜片。

调味料 ： 生抽/老抽，麻油，米酒，糖，高汤。

做法 ： 两大匙油/一大匙麻油烧热，放进姜片/干辣椒/葱段爆香，加入鸡块/笋翻炒片刻，注入半饭碗高汤烧开，加酱油/糖焖煮7-8分钟，转大火让汤汁收干，加米酒翻炒片刻即可。
