Help ! Desktop Icons disappeared after boot

I got a new laptop from Dell, and I loaded my digital camera S/W on it, but after reboot, and login to my account, initially I can see the application icons on the screen, after 20-30 seconds, those icons are disappeared, seems the machine is doing initializing, and starting the tasks. But wait 1-2 hours, still same.

When I reboot the PC in Safe mode, it's ok.
