why clock slow down

hi, you masters out there, i am comfused by my computer clock. it slow down about 30 min per day, yet if i power off computer, and restart, it is normal again, it would go back to the orignal time. other than computer also slow down in working(not always), seemsn other harm. please help, AV is always on. can not write but can read chinese, thanks million.
