Old problem,help!!!!!!!!!!!

Hi,yahoobb,i installed a DVD Master Buckup which is supposed that is able to creat a VCD from a DVD according an instruction they are given.In fact it does not work at all.it's very easy to copy a CD by using Drag'n Drop CD+DVD, but i don't know why it can't copy a DVd by which i do believe it should work. Have you copy a DVD to a CD using easy CD &DVD Creator 6? I realy want to copy some of my favorite DVD,whatever DVD to DVD or DVD to CD.Where can i download an Easy CD?Please help! thank you for your time.
