请教高手: How to maximum IE,thanks

Today my IE got a problem: When I go to a website, the first webpage is fine.
However, when I click any weblink on the first webpage, the 2nd page is not
in the same size of the first page, actually it only shows a minimum size frame. I have to click the top blue bar to maximum it.

I just checked this forum and found someone also had the same problem.
I followed their suggestion but it didn't work.

Please give me some advice if possible. thanks a lot!
