CDs once burned can files

on the burned CD be deleted? It complained that these files are readonly and I was not able to delete them.

I was also very confused by real player CD burner. It asked me to do
a few steps that make me totally lost. I ended up using
CD burner Roxio.

Can someone recommend a good CD burner software? Thank you
