咨询一下。想送表弟一个iPad，是mini好还是iPad air 好？两者主要是尺寸不同

你们觉得尺寸大点好用还是小点的方便？国内表弟考上大学了，送个礼物给他。另外这里ipad的充电器国内能用吗？这里110v, 国内电压220。
