TruPhone改变了data流量的计费方式，而且把旧账也重新计费过了

以前绝大部分都是单笔100k以下不收费，现在改成了单日累计收费。所以单笔100KB以下的免费餐已经享受不到了。

更厉害的是，竟然还把过去月份的老账以新的data计费方式重新算过，并在余额中给予补扣。


可是他们的网站上却没有说按单日累计总和计费：

Data is charged per session, in 1KB increments. The minimum charge for a session is for 1KB.
