Help Please!

在我的internet browser (Chrome, IE )，在任何 Page, 我点击任何Link，都会有“Your PC performance might be at risk, for emergency tech support, call immediately 877-536-1444”,页面显示很慢。病毒扫描没问题，但好像是染了病毒， 怎样解决这个问题？我用Win 7. 多谢。
