Warning not running genuine windows, help?

升级硬盘后，没几天，出现这个warning，click “resolve online”，没有反应，有
什么办法吗？pc是acer的，window7 ultimate

到现在，用了，“system restore”； ABRbeta backup 和 restore oem key； slmgr.exe命令，都不行，请教有什么办法吗！
