请教电脑高手

电脑突然很慢， 不管干啥都慢， 开多个窗口就死机。下载了360度杀毒软件，但是快速扫描说没毒， 全盘扫描的话， 每次扫到WIndows文件夹就死机。是不是中了病毒啊？
