Receiver 带 Network 到底是什么意思？

我的PC 和 Receiver 分别连到 wireless 网络，PC 和 Receiver 没有直接相连，我在PC 上播放CD, DVD，在YouTube 上看 Video, 在“音乐快递” 论坛听音乐，这些（音频和视频）都能通过wireless传到 Receiver 上吗？
