请教Windows 8,谢谢！

刚买了新的台式机，Acer, Windows 8对我来说是新的系统。我需要安装office，matlab,visual C/C++, 还有杀毒软件（那款比较好）。以前安装office都是去学校服务器上装。现在我是一头雾水。Microsoft office还能装吗？
我比较急，需要用这台电脑工作。

那位大侠指点一二。
