请教怎么才能延长安卓手机待机时间呢？

刚买了个nexus 4 手机， 比以前用过的t-mobile galaxy 好了很多，，没有那么多垃圾软件。

几乎没装什么软件，黑屏待机，最多一天就没电了。我已经设置为没有任何后台process 运行，还是不行。

我记得这里以前有大佬号称可以待机三天的，怎么弄呢？
