BIOS recoganize the harddisk, but capacity is unknow. Any chance

In windows it shows the harddisk too, but unable to initialize it, below is the error message "The request can not be performed because of an I?O device error" when I tried to initialize it. Tried on different machines the results were the same.

Also tried Seagate harddisk tools "SeaTools", it can recognize the harddisk, but fails to run any test.

Harddisk model: Seagate Barracuda 7200.11

Just wondered if there is any chance to rescue this harddisk. Thanks.
