求助，Windows 不能启动，缺system32\Hal.dll

Dell dimension3000
重装了windowXP, 第二天无法启动，显示

Windows could not start because the following file is missing or corrupt:
\system32\hal.dll.
Please re-install a copy of the above file.

重装了几次，每次都是当时可以，可过两天就不行了。请问该怎么办？
