求助：部分网站的中文是乱码，怎么解决？

我用的是Win7 Home Premium。

在Region & Language上已经选了Chinese PRC 的location。

文学城主页是乱码，点击进来各大论坛和群组都正常。

雅虎讨论群组的中文完全不和能显示。

Youtube 网站的中文一半正常，一半乱码。

怎么办？

我试过卸载重装我的  google chrome， 也不行。
