安装了QQ，一大堆问题请教

1-说是我几经sign in， 但我就是找不到那个画面，有朋友和同学QQ号的那个

2-附带安装了一大堆软件，泄载不了,该怎么办?please wait until the current program is finished uninstalling or being changed.
