替国内朋友买iPad 3 两周后回国．, 因为现在要预定，还要等到3/16 可能拿货，有几个问题，

１）       在美国可买，没有和公司签约的裸机,对吗？那么Verizon指的是什么?

２）       现在的电源该是全可在国用的（110/220V） 对吗？

３）       有什么副件最好替买一下？因为对iPad 不熟悉．或者我向朋友建议一下？
