大师, 求救, voip stops working after I changed router

Registration state always shows "failed" for both line 1 and line2 after I changed the router.

The old linksys router stopped working. The new router's IP is 192.168.200.1 instead of 192.168.1.1, which was used by the old router. So I changed the primary DNS and gateway of the SPA1001 to this new address 192.168.200.1. Nothing else I changed on the SPA1001.
