I'm a little confused. There are 2 type cards:

T-Mobile® Prepaid SIM Card Activation Kit

T-Mobile® webConnect™ SIM ONLY KIT

Do I have to buy both cards if I want internet connnection too? obviously, a phone can only take 1 sim, so how does it work? THX!
