请教为何Internet Explorer 8 和 9 无法安装于Windows Vista Home Premium 系统?

 

一安装就说Windows Vista Home Premium 系统不支持，然后指示做Windows update，做完了仍说不支持。怎么回事呢? 是不是就不能装了?
