Common problem for Dell desktops.

The cooling fan full of dust and cannot operate well. One can purchase several new fans from Dell - available for mail ordor even for early models (>10 years). Cost about $55-10 per fan essembly.

One shall switch to iMac --- quietest PC in the world.
