为什么台式电脑有时声音会很响？那时反应很慢，CPU 90%用量。

5年前买的DELL台式电脑，去年把硬盘从80G升级到250G，内存从1G升级到2G。近来经常出现电脑有时声音会很响，此时反应很慢，CPU 90%用量。持续几分钟后又恢复正常。请问大概是什么原因造成？如何改进？
