Why help Dish Network? The company is no better than the scammer

I subscribed Dish network couple of years ago starting at $32.50 a month. The monthly fee was jumped to 42:50 in less than a year without justification (I was stupid using credit card automatic payments).  Upon my complains they refunded my money and than started to charge me $45 a month.  I have to cancel the contract two monthes before the expiration and still fighting with them for the cancelation fee!!
