Sipura spa1001 IP 地址问题， 168.192.0.4, 对吗？

朋友买了个spa1001， IP 是 168.192.0.4, 无法打开设置网页。

应该是192.168.1.xx, 对吧？是硬件问题还是网络设置不对？
