要先下载软电话，建立账户后，才可以交钱。软电话确认电话时最好用Cellphone Number，交钱时确认电话要用VOIP NUMBER，例如IPKALL，Sipgate，这样会有CID。

如果每月用电话不到200分钟的话，还是Voipdiscount较便宜。
