feedback: callwithus has problems

used callwithus for a few days, had problems:
- calling china - was able to hear the callee's voice but he couldn't hear mine
- dialed a us phone number, it went dead silence, even never logged to history

- there were some successul calls, sound quality and latency were good.

reliability is a concern
