接上power cord 后，电源的box灯就亮了，然后按Power On按钮，电源风扇， case风扇和 CPU 风扇都转了，然后 CD-ROM unit power 灯亮了一下。 Then nothing happend any more.

最后，一定要按Power On按钮for a few seconds, then system will shut off.

It is HP a6600 machine.
