电脑不能起动, 求助!

电脑不能起动, 我准备重装系统从CD, 进入重装后出现提示:

Press any key to boot from CD.....

BOOTMGR is missing

Press Ctrl + Alt + Del to restart

重新起动后, 重复上述提示, 重装无法进行, 请问是硬件问题, 还是软化问题, 如此重装, 谢谢!
