5" inch Dell Streak(mini5) is good, having all features.

 

Just got one to play around. It has all features.

* Mobile phone

* GPS

* Wifi and BT

* Even FM(can be turned on after installing Android Apps).

* Of course, Media player(music, video).

5" inch screen with 1GZ QCOM CPU is very smooth. Perhaps it's too big to be a phone,but brower web/read email is really nice with 5" screen.
