T mobile 差劲至极

刚转到 tmobile. 收到第一个帐单，乱七八糟，根本看不懂。给tmobile 打了六个电话，居然没人能解释得清楚。最后闹到 supervisor, supervisor也看不懂。 最后将看不懂的部分credit给我。 但要等到下个帐单才行。 我的天。 我用过的wireless 公司，就客服来说，ATT 最好，verizon其次，sprint 没用过，tmobile 最烂。
